To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, here is a quick checklist before our technician arrives:
1) Clear access to the entrance
We may need direct hose access from the truck to your door. Please keep the driveway or closest access point clear if possible.
2) Remove small fragile items
Please move lamps, plants, toys, and fragile objects away from the areas to be cleaned.
3) Heavy furniture guidelines
We can move many common items such as sofas and tables. For safety reasons, we do not move fully loaded bookcases, pianos, waterbeds, or complex electronic setups.
4) Secure pets during the visit
For safety, keep pets in a separate room while doors may remain partially open for equipment access.
