1. Clear walkways
Remove small objects, toys, fragile lamps, and floor plants from the areas to be cleaned. We need room to maneuver our hoses.
2. Furniture: we handle the heavy lifting (within reason)
What we move: sofas, coffee tables, chairs. We place small foam blocks under the feet after cleaning.
What you should leave in place: filled bookcases, pianos, TV units with complex electronics, waterbeds. For these items, we clean carefully around them.
3. Vacuuming?
Ideally, a quick vacuum pass helps remove surface lint and debris, but our equipment will handle deep extraction either way.
4. Parking
Our truck-mount unit needs to park as close as possible to your door to maintain hot water temperature. If you can free up the driveway entrance, that’s ideal!
